I was reading through my RSS feed this AM and saw a post from Jeremy at TekCert about the well known DNS server 126.96.36.199. I never really thought about it, but I must use 188.8.131.52 almost every day. Any time I want to query external DNS I set my NSLOOKUP server to 184.108.40.206 and query it for names. At any rate, I had heard about Google’s 220.127.116.11 server but I’m glad to see that Jeremy now has empirical data proving that 18.104.22.168 is better.
Thanks Jeremy! That was a good one!
